i have the medion E4430 and tried to update and i did the factory reset
but i don have the installation files.

I think, you have had Gopal6 on your device?
For this software I have the files.
But, with totalCommander you can install instead also Igo, Tom-Tom, Garmin, Becker

I worked with this device in the year 2011, so I have no more memorys how I made it.
You can test, Iam sure, you can reinstall your device.
